The King Room was spacious and well-equipped. The staff was genuinely friendly, making an effort to ensure a pleasant experience. The Wi-Fi connectivity was reliable, allowing me to manage work smoothly and stay connected. Overall, my experience mirrored a positive comment from another guest about the comfortable accommodations.

However, the breakfast options were lacking, and the dining area was uncomfortably warm due to the malfunctioning air conditioning.

The Fairfield Inn provided a very comfortable experience during my business trip. The room was spacious with two Queen beds, a fridge, and a microwave. The staff was efficient and friendly, ensuring my needs were met. Their complimentary breakfast included a good selection of items like scrambled eggs and make-your-own waffles, which added value to my stay. Wi-Fi connectivity was strong, which assisted me greatly while working.

I loved how we were just a short walk from the New Buffalo Township Memorial Park, perfect for relaxing strolls, and the New Buffalo Railroad Museum was a quick drive away, making our explorations so easy and enjoyable.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences ever. The air conditioning broke down on one of the hottest weekends and left us sweltering. Staff were incredibly unfriendly and dismissive. we felt like we were a nuisance rather than guests. To top it off, the common areas were not cleaned properly, leaving a terrible first impression.

The free shuttle made it easy to hit up the local casino and the nearby beach. Room was comfy and clean. breakfast was decent, just what we needed to start our days. Definitely recommend for a fun getaway with friends.

We did experience some issues with the internet as there was a part needed for repairs, which kind of put a damper on our plans.
